While we love having first-timers at North Loft, we recognize you might be nervous or unsure about walking into a new studio (especially if you’ve never done yoga!) Don’t worry - we’re here to help you feel right at home.
Your initial welcome email will walk you through all you need to know and our teachers excel at meeting you wherever you are in your yoga journey. We truly strive to support all of our students and help them grow on and off their mat.

What should I expect for virtual classes?
Most in-studio classes are live-streamed. Once registered for a class on the schedule, you will be emailed the information for joining class virtually.
Is there any fine print for the 2 week intro offer?
This offer is for new students only. Classes are not shareable. The 2 week offer starts upon purchase date.
Are student rates available?
We offer students a 10% discount on all of our membership options.
Where are you located/is parking available?
We’re located at 6560 N. Sheridan Rd, one block North of the Loyola Redline station, on the second floor. The entrance is right next to IDOF. Parking is available on Sheridan Road.
Which class should I try first?
If you’re new to yoga or have been away from yoga for a while, we recommend starting with our All Levels Yoga class, Hatha/Gentle Flow, or Yin Yoga.
What do I need to bring/what should I wear?
Bring a yoga mat and water. Wear comfortable athletic clothing.
Do I need to book my classes in advance/what are your cancellation policies?
Studio doors open 15 minutes before class starts. You must register for class, we are not taking walk-ins at this time. If you are signed up for a class, you may cancel up to 1 hour before the start of class with no penalty.
